241聚酰亚胺薄膜压敏胶带（丙烯酸）是在聚酰亚胺薄膜单面涂以丙烯酸压敏胶粘剂制成的。具有一定的表面自粘性，剥离强度，内聚力及一定的剪切强度。适用于各种大型的电机、电器、电缆及电子产品绝缘。
一、技术要求

1、外观：
胶带盘面应平整、无气泡、无流胶、胶层均匀。开卷时胶层不转移，边比整齐无破损。
2、尺寸：

2.1 胶带长度：每卷总长度30-60米或根据用户要求提供。
2.2 胶带宽度：宽度为10mm-50mm，偏差为±0.5mm。宽度大于50mm的胶带，偏差为±1.0mm；可根据用户要求提供各种规格的胶带。
2.3 的厚度与允许偏差：根据用户的要求可供给各种厚度的胶带，允许偏差：±0.008mm。

1 Appearance

The film surface is smooth, bright and clean. It should have no defects such as folding, tearing, particulate, air bubble, pinhole and any external impurity. Its edges shall be orderly and no breakage.

2 Dimension

The roll length is 30-60 meter or supplied according to the customer’s requirements. The width and allowable deviation: 10mm-50mm: ±0.5mm; >50mm: ±1mm.

3 Thickness

Thickness and allowable deviation: all of the thickness is available, ±0.008mm.
